摘要 A power supply device and electronic equipment comprising the same are provided to suppress voltage drop of an input power supply voltage by controlling a charging current flowing in a power supply transistor just after being recovered from shutdown state. According to the power supply device, a reference voltage generation circuit(6) generates a reference voltage. A first transistor(11) is installed between an input power supply voltage and an output port. A second transistor(12) is installed between a ground potential and the output port. A first and a second differential amplification circuits(13,14) are fed back with an output power supply voltage, and compare it with the reference voltage and thus control the first and the second transistor respectively. And a shutdown recovery circuit(7) generates a slowly increasing voltage. The first differential amplification circuit compares a voltage of the shutdown recovery circuit with an output power supply voltage in stead of the reference voltage for a constant time from when it is recovered from the shutdown state.
