A front panel installing structure of a truck is provided to improve appearance and restrict driving noise by no interference with a front panel when a cab is opened and by no gap at front of the truck when the cab is closed through installing the front panel on the front side of the truck cab to rotate with interlocking according to the opening/closing of the cab. A front panel installing structure of a truck comprises a hinge(2) rotatively connecting an upper end of a front panel(1) with a cab(51); an opening/closing cylinder(3) installed on the cab and the front panel from bottom side of the hinge to rotate the front panel around the hinge as a rotational center; and an oil pressure pump(5) rotating the front panel clockwise by allowing oil pressure at the opening/closing cylinder in a state of a cab tilting switch(4) turned on and rotating the front panel anticlockwise by discharging oil pressure in the cab tilting switch turned off.
