A health pillow having a function of air purification is provided to guarantee an user to sleep well, and to help him/her to promote user health by supplying a beneficial component from every effective substance, also beneficial to the body, easily contained in the present pillow and by supplying the cleaned air or oxygen. The health pillow, having a function of air purification, includes: a plane base; a cover panel, forming an internal space together with the base and covering the latter; an intake(13a,13b); an outlet(15a,15b); a lateral side, covering both opened portions of the cover panel respectively; and an air purification unit, arranged in the internal space and purifying the air, incoming from the intake(13a,13b) and discharging it through the outlet(15a,15b) and the cover panel. The cover panel comprises: a first cover sheet(10), having many venting holes and forming an outest cover; a drawer-type slide(20); a slide receptacle(30); and a carbon sheet heating element(40), arranged in the lower portion of the slide receptacle(30).
