<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a sheet in response to the information given to a sheet currently kept. <P>SOLUTION: A documentation management apparatus 3 conveys a plurality of sheets 5 currently laid in a placing part 302, reads the information described in the sheet 5 by a reader 312, and accumulates the sheet 5 in an accumulation section 314. The documentation management apparatus 3 transmits the sequence that the sheets 5 are laid in the placing part 302 from the read information, the document ID, etc. of the sheet 5, to the server 12. The server 12 outputs the discard appointed day, etc., of the sheet 5 together with the document ID and the order of the list of the sheets 5 to a PC 10-1. A PC 10-1 displays each discard appointed day of the sheet 5 currently laid in the placing part 302 of the documentation management apparatus 3 on the display device of the PC 10-1 with the document ID and the order of the list of the sheets 5.
