PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cooled heat pump type subterranean heat-utilizing air conditioning system capable of reducing costs by avoiding waste of facilities and operation. SOLUTION: A water cooled heat pump type air conditioner 3 carrying out air supply by diverting air and independently carrying out air capacity control to a plurality of zones, and a subterranean heat exchanger 9 adjusting a water temperature by subterranean heat are arranged so as to circulate heat source water. The water cooled heat pump type air conditioner 3 is provided with a plurality of air supply side draft ducts, and a blower and an air supply side air heat exchanger which can be freely changed over between refrigerant evaporation and refrigerant condensation are individually provided in each air supply side draft duct.
