PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing-reinforcing method for a concrete structure using a photocurable fiber reinforcement resin sheet which is excellent in adhesion strength and peeling strength and further excellent in execution work characteristics and economy. SOLUTION: The repairing-reinforcing method comprises the steps of applying a jelly-like substance 2 of the photocurable resin in sites 6, 7 to be repaired on a concrete surface 10 of the concrete structure 4 to level the rugged concrete surface 10, placing the photocurable resin sheet 1 on the leveled concrete surface, applying pressure on the sheet 1 to press the jelly-like substance 2 to the rugged concrete surface 10 to bring the sheet 1 into close contact with the rugged concrete surface 10 and irradiating the sheet 1 and the jelly-like substance 2 of the photocurable resin with ultraviolet to bond to the concrete surface 10.
