<p>A method of administering a rewards program for a credit card issuer client of a rewards contractor. The rewards contractor makes arrangements for delivery of a reward to a recipient designated by the credit card issuer, and payment for the reward is made using a credit card issued by the credit card issuer. In this manner, the credit card issuer client receives a revenue stream in the form of the standard transaction rate charged to the vendor of the reward, which can be used to offset a portion of the cost of the rewards program.</p> |
