ION EXCHANGEABLE MIXTURE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

An ion exchangeable mixture and a producing method thereof are provided to form a layer simultaneously by the cross-linking reaction under the water solvent. An anion exchange membrane(10) and a cation exchange membrane(20) are stacked so that a chamber is separated into a cathode chamber(50) and an anode chamber(60). When the direct current is supplied into the chamber, the cations are generated at the cathode chamber and anions are generated at the anode chamber. The movement of cations generated at the cathode chamber is limited by the anion exchange membrane. The movement of anions generated at the anode chamber is limited by the cation exchange membrane.
