PHOTOCURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION AND PRISM LENS SHEET

Disclosed is a photocurable resin composition containing (A) 20-70% by mass of a urethane (meth)acrylate obtained by reacting a polyether polyol having a structure represented by the following formula: HO-Ph-X-Ph-OH (wherein Ph represents an optionally substituted phenylene group and X represents -CH<SUB>2</SUB>-, -C(CH<SUB>3</SUB>)<SUB>2</SUB>- or -S-), an organic polyisocyanate compound and a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate, (B) 10-60% by mass of a compound containing one ethylenically unsaturated group, (C) 5-25% by mass of a compound containing 4 or more ethylenically unsaturated groups, and (E) 0.01-10% by mass of a photopolymerization initiator, relative to the total amount of the composition. This composition is used for coating the back surface of a prism lens sheet, and is capable of forming a cured film which has excellent abrasion resistance and excellent adhesion to a prism lens sheet main body while exhibiting less warping.
