PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output driver which can effectively match the output impedance with transmission impedance and with receiving impedance. SOLUTION: An output driver which controls the impedance by using a mode register set is shown. The output driver is provided with a main driving circuit which performs output and driving of a main signal by a data signal with a predetermined transmission line, an auxiliary driving circuit which performs output and driving of an auxiliary signal with the transmission line, and a mode register set. The mode register set generates an impedance control signal constellation, a driving width control signal constellation and a delay control signal constellation. By the impedance control signal constellation, the driving width control signal constellation and the delay control signal constellation, the control to magnitude of auxiliary impedance (SIM) and to driving width and driving point of an auxiliary signal (XSDR) is enabled.
