PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise by reducing the through current. SOLUTION: In a multi-output load driver connected with two or more power supplies including a power supply Vs for output circuit and a power supply VDD for logical circuit, the logical circuit section does not stop, when only the power supply voltage VDDH for the output circuit is lowered during operation because the output circuit section is independent from the logical circuit section and restart operation is not required. By noting this fact, the power supply voltage VDDH for output circuit is lowered below a normal voltage for a moment, prior to switching timing of an output stage transistor in the output circuit section, and the charges stored in a parasitic capacitor between the power supply voltage Vs for the output circuit and the ground GND1 for the output circuit are reduced, along with the voltage thus reducing the through current.
