FIELD: medicine, prosthetic-orthopedic production. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested intermediate product for manufacturing individual orthopedic insole is cut out of flat material according to a foot's shape. Its inner side is supplied with a wave-like protrusion to maintain inner longitudinal arch of the foot. The intermediate product in question has the chance to take foot arches' shape after its heating up to plastic state and modeling at a patient's foot, and, also, in future keep the shape obtained. The method for manufacturing such an insole deals with steady heating the intermediate product up to plastic state to be then put onto elastic belt of the device that contains a flat platform for fixing the heel. From the top of the heated intermediate product it is necessary to put a patient's foot, fix the heel on the intermediate product and press the heads of the 1st and the 5th metatarsal bones towards it, with the help of the belt one should form foot's arches. Exposure on the foot should be available till complete solidification.
