PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixing device capable of quickly mixing two kinds of liquid and provide a liquid mixing system capable of mixing three kinds of liquid or more by integrating two or more liquid mixing devices. SOLUTION: The system includes a pair of sieve plates 2 disposed as opposed to each other so as to form a predetermined clearance, a liquid mixture introduction path 31 for introducing a liquid mixture onto the backside of each sieve plate 2, and a liquid mixture discharging path 32 for discharging the liquid mixture from the clearance.
