PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coagulant formulated with a mussel fossil powder in a ratio of an effectively applied range, a coagulant formulated with a shell fossil powder of the most effectively applied particle diameter in an effective ratio and a coagulant formulated with an organic coagulant to these in a range that it does not give a bad influence to a water system and a natural environment. SOLUTION: The coagulant contains 40-85 wt.% of shell fossil powder or contains 2-5 wt.% of aluminum sulfate in this and contains other inorganic natural mineral powders as residual parts.
