PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet used for the surface decoration of the interior trim, exterior trim, furniture and fittings of a building, the trim or the like of a vehicle, etc. and superior in decorative properties having damage resistance, antistaining properties, a tactile feeling, a matte feeling, a gloss feeling, etc., especially excellent in uneven feeling. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 1 is obtained by laminating at least a color layer 3, a protective layer 4 for covering the color layer 3 and the protruding layer 7 provided on the protective layer 4 and formed of a large number of protruding parts 6 on a base material 5 in this order.
