SEPERATION-TYPE MULTI AIR CONDITIONER WITH CONDENSOR FOR CONTROLLING AMOUNT OF REFRIGERANTS

A separable multi air-conditioner is provided to prevent condensing temperature and power consumption from rising by circulating refrigerant quantity fitting for a load in part drive or minimum drive. A separable multi air-conditioner including a heat exchanger comprises: an outdoor unit having a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger; an multiple indoor units having an expanding unit and an indoor heat exchanger; a plurality of coolant pipes(300) supplying refrigerant passing through a compressor through the outdoor heat exchanger to the indoor units respectively; a plurality of first switching valves(400) opening and closing the flow path of a plurality of coolant pipes with being arranged in the entrance of the outdoor heat exchanger; a plurality of second switching valves(500) opening and closing the flow path of a plurality of coolant pipes with being arranged in the exit of the outdoor heat exchanger; and a controller cutting off the first switching valve and the second switching valve of the coolant pipe.
