A clamp for tightening a hull block is provided to screw and unscrew a safety rail or a stepping plate easily and tightly by rotating a clamping member. A clamp for tightening a hull block comprises the following units. A support body is used for installing a safety rail or a stepping plate. A penetration hole(22a) is formed in a center of a bracket(22). A screw(23) is accommodated in the penetration hole. A clamping member(24) is rotatably installed in a side of the screw. The clamping member having an eccentric cam(24b) is rotated around a fixing axis(24a).
