PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule having a capsule film wall and including allyl isothiocyanate as a hydrophobic liquid and excellent in controlled release of included allyl isothiocyanate.SOLUTION: In a microcapsule having a capsule film wall and including allyl isothiocyanate as a hydrophobic liquid, the capsule film wall is polyureaurethane film and aliphatic acid ester having 9 to 18 carbon atoms as the hydrophobic liquid is further included. The content of the aliphatic acid ester having 9 to 18 carbon atoms is over 1 pts.wt. and 99 pts.wt. or less based on 1 pts.wt. of the allyl isothiocyanate and the aliphatic acid ester having 9 to 18 carbon atoms is preferably aliphatic acid methyl ester or aliphatic acid ethyl ester having 9 to 18 carbon atoms.SELECTED DRAWING: None
