PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice food which retains deliciousness of just boiled rice.SOLUTION: A method for heating a rice food by using a heater of a hot air heating type and heating a rice food dished up in a rice container includes: including water in a heating sheet which includes a nonwoven fabric with a thickness of 10 μm-250 μm and a mesh diameter of 0.1 mm-3.0 mm followed by bringing into contact with at least part of a rice food upper part; and performing heating by placing on the rice food upper part in a state of covering at least 50% or more of an area of the surface part of the rice food dished up in the rice container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
