The present invention relates to a gas turbine with a plurality of tie rods and an assembling method thereof which can minimize vibration and noise. According to an aspect of the present invention, the gas turbine with a plurality of tie rods comprises: a compressor section having a plurality of compressor-side rotor disks; a turbine section having a plurality turbine-side rotor disks arranged downstream part of the compressor-side rotor disks; a first tie rod to penetrate middle portions of the rotor disks disposed in the compressor section to tightly attach the compressor-side rotor disks to each other; a plurality of second tie rods to penetrate portions near the rims of the turbine disks disposed in the turbine section to tightly attach the turbine-side rotor disks to each other; and a torque transfer member to transfer rotational torque generated by the turbine section to the compressor section, on which the first tie rod and the second tie rods are mounted.
