According to the present invention, an organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, a first transparent conductive layer, a light shielding layer, a buffer layer, a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, a drain electrode, a first auxiliary capacity electrode, and a second auxiliary capacity electrode. A light emitting area and a non-light emitting area are defined on the substrate. The first transparent conductive layer, the light shielding layer, the buffer layer, and the semiconductor layer are laminated and placed in the non-light emitting area. The gate electrode is overlapped with a central area of the semiconductor layer while having a gate insulating film placed between the electrode and the area. The drain electrode touches an area of the semiconductor layer while having an interlayer insulating film, covering the gate electrode, placed between the area and the electrode, and a second transparent conductive layer and a metal material layer are laminated and laminated. The first auxiliary capacity electrode is placed under the interlayer insulating film in the light emitting area, and comprises the first transparent conductive layer. The second auxiliary capacity electrode is overlapped with the first auxiliary capacity electrode while having the interlayer insulating film placed between the first and second auxiliary capacity electrodes, and comprises the second transparent conductive layer. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing manufacturing time and costs, and simplifying manufacturing processes. |
