The present invention provides a four-way refrigerant valve for a refrigerator to control the flow of a refrigerant in a refrigerator. The four-way refrigerant valve includes: a driving unit; a valve plate having an inlet and first, second, and third outlets; a valve housing forming a chamber in which the refrigerant flows with the valve plate by being connected to the valve plate to be sealed; and a valve body arranged in the chamber and selectively opening and closing the first to third outlets. The valve body has: a closing unit closing at least one among the first to third outlets; and an opening unit moving the refrigerant by opening at least one among the first to third outlets.
