A rotatable manipulation member reducing manufacturing costs and preventing detection error of a rotation angle has a member and a sheet. The member has a circumferential surface, and the sheet is fixed to the circumferential surface of the member. Reflectivity of a surface of the sheet is different from reflectivity of the circumferential surface of the member. The sheet has multiple holes of width A formed in parallel in a circumferential direction, and the sheet is fixed so that an interval of the width A is installed between both ends of the sheet. A part of the circumferential surface is exposed from the hole and the interval regularly in the circumferential direction of the member. |
