Provided are an organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a display panel having a first and a second pixel group comprising first, second and third pixels emitting lights with different colors, and a current measurement part having multiple current measurement channels connected to the first and the second pixel group through a data line. The current measurement channel may includes a first measurement circuit which is connected to one of the first, second and third pixels included in the first pixel group and measures current characteristics of the connected pixel, and a second measurement circuit which measures current characteristics of the pixel emitting a light of the same color as the pixel connected to the first measurement circuit among the first, second and third pixels included in the second pixel group. The organic light emitting display device can accurately measure a current of each pixel with a simple structure, and can relatively reduce the size of a memory. |
