PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood analyzer capable of detecting an abnormal lymphocyte so as to discriminate between a blast cell and a variant lymphocyte, a blood analysis method, and a computer program.SOLUTION: An blood analyzer 1 includes a sample preparation part 22, a light source, a light reception part, and a cell analysis part. The blood analyzer 1 prepares a first measurement sample and a second measurement sample in the sample preparation part 22.
