The invention provides a coil winding method and a device thereof. The coil winding method is used for winding wire on a coil and comprises the steps of: providing a coil which is provided with a plurality of welding seats at a wire inlet end flange and a plurality of welding seats the a wire outlet end flange, wherein a coiling core part for coiling the wire is arranged between the wire inlet end flange and the wire outlet end flange; providing a jig at the space between the two welding seats of the coil; and making the wire to wind from the welding seat of the wire outlet end flange bend and abut against the welding seats at two sides of the jig through the jig, thereby forming a welding point by the wire at this position. |
