PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely provide a portable electric lamp which can use batteries of different sizes in common irrespective of the types of batteries usually stocked at home and the like in precaution against disaster and the like, which can improve operability and can make the batteries in use easily recognizable in a switching function of the plurality of different types of batteries even having a configuration capable of regularly accommodating a plurality of different types of batteries in a battery accommodation part of a body, which has a simpler configuration than a conventional one, which is low at cost and which is convenient for a consumer.SOLUTION: A light emission part incorporating a light source and a battery accommodation part are fitted rotatably, and the light emission part has a connection lead. In the battery accommodation part, a plurality of batteries are accommodated and arranged respectively in such a positional relationship in which: a rotation central axis of the light emission part and the battery accommodation part and an axis line of the batteries are made to be substantially parallel, polarities of the batteries are all made to be in the same direction and the axial line of the batteries is separated from the rotation central axis of the light emission part and the battery accommodation part. The portable electric lamp is configured in such a manner that, according to the rotation of the light emission part and the battery accommodation part, a conductive state or a non-conductive state with one type of the plurality of accommodated batteries is selectively switched. |
