PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reasonable method of getting a reservation vehicle booth from the viewpoint that many parking lots are present in a city and that it would be quite convenient for a user if an intended parking lot can be reserved in advance.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, when a reservation is received, if the number of available vehicle booths is larger than the number of reservation vehicle booths+α (arbitrary set value), the reservation vehicle booths are not designated. Only when the number of available vehicle booths is equal or smaller, an Unavailable/Available indication is switched to Unavailable or Reserved, and available vehicle booths are designated as reservation vehicle booths. For the reservation vehicle booth, Reserved or a parking beginning time is indicated. If necessary, an intrusion prevention device is activated. A reservation vehicle is charged for a parking fee with a time, which is set for a reservation vehicle booth, added to a parking time. Accordingly, when many vehicle booths are available, it is unnecessary to preserve a reservation vehicle booth.
