PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleaning capability with respect to a tip of a needle of a needle electrode and a tip periphery thereof while restricting shape change of the tip of the needle.SOLUTION: An electrification device 1 comprises a needle electrode 2 having a plurality of needles 2A, a support body 4, a first cleaning roller 5A and a second cleaning roller 5B. The support body 4 supports the cleaning rollers 5A and 5B and is configured to be movable in an arrangement direction X of the plurality of needles 2A. The second cleaning roller 5B has polishing performance lower than that of the first cleaning roller 5A. When the first cleaning roller 5A moves, the tips of the plurality of needles 2A are respectively brought into contact with a peripheral surface of the first cleaning roller 5A sequentially. When the second cleaning roller 5B moves, the tips and tip peripheries of the plurality of needles 2A are respectively embedded in the second cleaning roller 5B from the periphery thereof and exit from the inside of the second cleaning roller 5B sequentially.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
