The present invention provides a roll-to-roll light exposure system, which comprises a reference mark array for accurately measuring the position and posture of an object of work provided on a flexible laminated circuit substrate in a roll-to-roll system, and employs an alignment system. The roll-to-roll light exposure system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of rolls for proceeding a flexible laminated circuit substrate, on which an object of work is provided; alignment systems disposed to be spaced apart from each other at the outer circumference of the roll; and exposure devices disposed to be spaced apart from each other from one side the alignment system to the outer circumference of the roll, wherein one of the plurality of rolls includes a reference mark array on a surface thereof.
