Disclosed are a system and a method for connecting multiple USB devices. The system for connecting multiple USB devices according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: two or more USB devices for recognizing QR codes provided to two or more thermistor chips of micro-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) respectively; two or more switching parts electrically connected to the micro-PCR and switching on or off according to the connection and coupling state so that the USB devices can selectively recognize the QR codes; and a terminal electrically connected to the micro-PCR, the USB devices and the switching parts, receiving corresponding QR code data recognized by a corresponding USB device through the switching-on operation of the switching part according to the connection and coupling state, and displaying a temperature value calculated based on the correction value of the thermistor chip corresponding to the corresponding QR code data, according to the QR code decryption command of the micro-PCR.
