PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system that can enhance the system efficiency.SOLUTION: A fuel battery system 1 has a reformer 2 for introducing air to reform ammonia, a fuel battery 3 for generating power by using fuel gas and air, an ammonia tank 5 for storing ammonia under liquid state, a pump 6 for feeding out the ammonia under liquid state to the reformer 2, a vaporizer 7 which is disposed between the pump 6 and the reformer 2, and vaporizes the ammonia under liquid state, an air feeder 8 for feeding air to the reformer 2 and the fuel battery 3, a heat-exchanger 9 which is disposed between the air feeder 8 and the fuel battery 3, and heat-exchanges air to pre-heat the air, a first exhaust gas supplier 16 for supplying exhaust gas exhausted from the fuel battery 3 to the vaporizer 7, and a second exhaust gas supplier 17 for supplying exhaust gas to the heat exchanger 9. The vaporizer 7 vaporizes the ammonia under liquid state by waste heat of the exhaust gas, and the heat exchanger 9 heat-exchanges the air by the waste heat of the exhaust gas to pre-heat the air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
