PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible learning of a translation model for accurate translation of a natural language sentence into a logical form sentence.SOLUTION: An inter-natural language sentence translation model learning unit 28 learns an inter-natural language sentence translation model 60; a word alignment inferring unit 30 infers a word alignment 32; a word reproducing unit 34 generates a reproduced word alignment 36 on the basis of the inferred word alignment 32 and learns a word reproduction model 62 on the basis of the number of reproduced words; a semi-teacher presence phrase inferring unit 38 infers a phrase table 40 on the basis of the reproduced word alignment 36; a phrase filtering unit 42 obtains a filtered phrase table 44; a translation model learning unit 46 learns a translation model 48 for translating a natural language sentence into a logical form sentence on the basis of the filtered phrase table 44; and a paraphrasing application unit 50 generates a paraphrased translation model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
