PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-ring network capable of improving resistance to failure.SOLUTION: A ring network 3a and a ring network 3b are arranged concentrically. Processors 1a-1c are connected to the ring network 3b, and processors 1d-1h are connected to the ring network 3a.
