PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a D/A conversion circuit which can achieve high accuracy and downsizing.SOLUTION: A D/A conversion circuit 100 includes: a plurality of resistances RL0-RL255 which are formed on a semiconductor substrate and connected in series; and a plurality of MOS transistors S0(P)-S255(P), S0(N)-S255(N) connected to terminals of the plurality of resistances RL0-RL255, respectively. The plurality of resistances RL0-RL255 are composed of resistive elements R and a plurality of contacts provided on the resistive elements R. The plurality of MOS transistors S0(P)-S255(P), S0(N)-S255(N) are arranged in such a manner that a plurality of virtual straight lines VL each of which passes through each of the plurality of contacts and extends orthogonal to a longer direction of the resistive element R pass between every two neighboring MOS transistors in plan view of the semiconductor substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
