PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand prediction system, etc., based on an agent that generates a weather-dependent product demand prediction.SOLUTION: The system has an analysis module for selecting and/or generating an agent behavior rule on the basis of history data relating to weather-dependent product acquisition by an agent; a weather module for acquiring a weather forecast in real time and accessing a predefined rule on weather events; and a simulation module for simulating the behavior of the agent using the agent behavior rule and the weather forecast, and generating a product demand prediction. The weather module compares the acquired weather forecast with the predefined rule on weather events, and triggers a simulation in the simulation module on the basis of conformity between these.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
