PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zig-zag folding device for a long sheet capable of efficiently and reliably zig-zag folding a long sheet.SOLUTION: A zig-zag folding device D for a long sheet S comprises: a sheet supply mechanism 2; first and second pressing holding tools H1, H2; air nozzles N1, N2 provided at the upper side of the first and second pressing holding tools H1, H2 and forming a pair for guiding the long sheet S to transferring positions t2, t1 to facing pressing holding tools H2, H1 while forming a folding back part by pressing the long sheet S by air; an air switching mechanism 3 causing the air from the air nozzles N1, N2 to be alternately jetted toward the long sheet S; a pressing holding tool driving mechanism; and a placement table 6. |
