<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an application with which items being operable for each authority can be easily changed. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a function MarkerFile6 to which a list of functions, buttons, menus, etc. and the functions being operable for each authority are described, and provides a user with the function which can be operated according to the authority of a user only by modifying (editing) the function MarkerFile6. In Fig.2 (a), a screen on which display information is displayed when the user having authority Role1 in the function MarkerFile logs in is displayed. Two selectable functions 1, 2 and menus of 'File' and 'Edit' are displayed while a management list of the function MarkerFile is displayed. In Fig.2 (b), a screen on which display information is displayed when the user having 'Role1' authority and 'Role1' authority 2 logs in is displayed.
