The present invention relates to a squat training system and, more specifically, to a squat training system enabling a user to correctly perform squat exercise by confirming whether power of both soles is uniformly distributed during squat exercise. The squat training system according to the present invention comprises: a plate having a sole seating unit for supporting the sole of a user, and confirming whether power pressed by the sole seated on the sole seating unit is uniformly distributed; multiple posture sensing units upwardly protruding on the plate, sensing the position of the knee of the user who is sitting, and sensing the position of his/her coxalgic pelvis; a controller disposed on the plate, and providing an analysis result obtained by analyzing the distribution of power, the movement trajectory of power, a speed, and the movement information of the center of the body; a safety bar upwardly extended from each of the posture sensing unit; an upper body slope sensing unit disposed on the uppermost part of the safety bar to be horizontally attached and detached, having a plurality of slope sensors disposed at regular intervals, formed in a bar shape, and confirming a slope between the truncus and the shoulders of the user; a monitor unit connected with the controller, and outputting movement information of the user, which is confirmed by the plate, the posture sensing units, the controller, and the upper body slope sensing unit, as pictures or letters; and a seat unit disposed in an upper side of the plate to be attached and detached, and positioned in a lower side of the users buttocks when the user is in a sitting posture during squat exercise. |
