Provided are an apparatus and a method for an elaborate multi-touch input. The method for an elaborate multi-touch input includes: detecting a first touch input at a first location on a touch screen; detecting a second touch input at a second location on the touch screen while the first touch input is being maintained; detecting the removal of the first touch input at the first location while the second touch input is being maintained; and adjusting the first location according to the motion of the second touch input. The motion of the adjusted location is smaller than the motion of the second touch input.
