Disclosed are a ball shooting apparatus and a ball game machine using the same. The ball shooting apparatus of the present invention includes: a ball accommodation part where balls are accommodated; a ball movement part moving the ball of the ball accommodation part; and a guide device guiding the ball moved by the ball movement part to fall downhill along a slope. The ball game machine comprising the same ball shooting apparatus of the present invention includes: more than one inclined board comprising at least one ball receiving hole in a size for the ball to be inserted; and a ball accommodation part accommodating balls. Because scoring is judged according to whether the ball shot from the ball shooting apparatus is received through the ball receiving hole, the ball game machine has the effect of being able to enable a user to enjoy a game by adjusting speed of the ball.
