<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser addressable thermal transfer imaging element having high processing speed without impairing the quality and resolution of images. <P>SOLUTION: The color thermal transfer element comprises (a) a light-heat conversion layer, (b) a color transfer layer and (c) a thermal transfer infrared ray sensible bonding agent top coat stuck on a base material in this order, wherein the infrared ray sensible bonding agent top coat is transparent or semitransparent and contains an infrared ray absorbent and a thermoplastic material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
