PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator thin equipment carrying in/out device capable of more decreasing a hanging angle of a lifting device.SOLUTION: An elevator thin equipment carrying in/out device is used when a thin hoisting machine 100 installed in a hoistway 102 is carried in/out with respect to the hoistway 102. The elevator thin equipment carrying in/out device includes a carriage 1 including a load-carrying platform 11 on which the thin hoisting machine 100 is placed, a large diameter roller 12 which is provided in a moving direction intermediate section of the load-carrying platform 11 so as to support the load-carrying platform 11, and a pair of small diameter rollers 13 which are provided on the load-carrying platform 11 to hold the large diameter roller 12 in a moving direction and support the load-carrying platform 11. The dimension of the diameter in the large diameter roller 12 is larger than the dimension of the diameter in each of the small diameter rollers 13. A lower end of the large diameter roller 12 is disposed on a lower side of a straight line for connecting each lower end of the pair of small diameter rollers 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
