<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of properly applying a developing voltage to a development device, and an image forming system. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device comprises an image carrier for carrying a latent image, a development device for developing the latent image carrying by the image carrier, a first electrode plate, a rotating body which can rotate while holding the developing device, and first and second contact parts which contact the first electrode plate, when the rotating body is at a predetermined position. The device also comprises a second electrode plate disposed in the body of the image forming device, a developing voltage applying part for applying developing voltage to the development device via the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate which contacts the first electrode plate, when the rotating body is at the predetermined position, and a resin part disposed on the rotating body, which only the first contacting part of the first and second contacting parts contacts, when the rotating body rotates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
