According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are a multiplex PCR chip and a multiplex PCR device including the same. The multiplex PCR chip comprises: multiple hybrid reaction probes disposed to be separated from each other and specifically hybridized with different sequences of different nucleic acid molecules so as to simultaneously detect the nucleic acid molecules; and multiple probe coupling parts disposed on the inner surface of the multiplex PCR chip, and having a pore structure formed therein to increase a contact area between the probes and the nucleic acid molecules, wherein the pore structure is coupled with each of the probes. A fluorescent material and a fluorescence controlling material are respectively coupled with the end or the middle of a base sequence in each of the probes.
