<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down-sized fuel cell having solidity in which an electrolyte member is housed. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell is provided with: the electrolyte member 3 having a first electrode 4 formed at the lower face and having a second electrode 5 formed at the upper face; a base body 6 provided with a recess for housing the electrolyte member 3; a cap body 7 attached so as to cover the recess; a first wiring conductor 10 electrically connected to the first electrode 4; and a second wiring conductor 11 electrically connected to the second electrode 5. With the recess part, the lower face of the electrolyte member 3 is contacted, and in the base body 6, a fluid flow passage is provided which is consisting of: a plurality of grooves 12 arranged along the lower face of the electrolyte member 3; lead-in side coupling parts 13 commonly connected to respective one ends of the grooves 12; exhaust side coupling parts commonly connected to respective other ends of the grooves 12; lead-in parts 14 connected to the lead-in side coupling parts 13 in order to introduce a fluid from the outer part; and exhaust parts connected to exhaust side coupling parts in order to exhaust the fluid to the outer part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
