A running guide method comprises: combining a pace frequency and respiratory rate of a runner, judging whether the pace frequency of the runner is matched with the respiratory rate of the runner or not (S103), when the pace frequency is not matched with the respiratory rate, transmitting, according to the pace frequency and the respiratory rate of the runner, a prompt of adjusting the pace frequency (S104), so that the running of the runner is effectively guided, and the runner can make adjustment according to the guidance, thereby improving the running efficiency. |
