A suction nozzle of an electronic cigarette, comprising a suction portion (1) and a connecting portion (2), a smoke channel (11) being provided therebetween. The connecting portion (2) is provided with a sealing ring (3) and connecting threads (21) connected to an atomizer of an electronic cigarette. A connecting structure for the connecting portion (2) and the suction portion (1) is that one end of the connecting portion (2) is inserted and sheathed in the suction portion (1), and the connecting portion (2) and the suction portion (1) are formed by injection molding of different materials by means of a double-color injection molding process and are connected integrally by hot melting. The structure of the suction nozzle avoids the defects of loosening easily occurring in a use process of a suction nozzle adopting an interference fit connecting manner and air leakage and liquid leakage caused by loosening, and also avoids faults of an electronic cigarette caused by loosening and disengagement of the suction nozzle and injuries to a child caused by wrong swallowing of the suction nozzle. Also disclosed is a manufacturing method for a suction nozzle of an electronic cigarette. |
