The device has a test tube cooperating with a transparent inflatable bag (2) containing a substrate impregnated with a reactive analyte, where ends of the test tube are sealed by covers. The test tube is equipped with a thrust member of a valve (4) fitted to the inflatable bag. A pipe for axial passage of air is provided at the test tube. A cap is provided with a lateral wall (15) axially fitted at an end (3) of the test tube, and a shoulder (20) bearing axially against the valve that closes the thrust member. |
