<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech database producing device and the like for performing effective protection of a speech data while freely supplying data for representing speeches. <P>SOLUTION: A speech segment registration unit R acquires speech segment data for representing a speech segment, and a speech segment reading data showing reading of this speech segment, produces an encryption key from a part occupying a prescribed position in the speech segment reading data, encrypts the speech segment data using this encryption key, and stores the speech segment data in a speech segment database D as an enciphered speech segment data together with the speech segment reading data. A main body unit M reads out the encrypted speech segment data from the speech segment database D, using the part occupying the prescribed position in the speech segment reading data stored in the speech segment database D to produce the encryption key, and restores the speech segment data by decoding the encrypted speech segment data using this key to use the data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
